Victor Collins
Getting his start in college filming weddings, Victor has worked professionally in video for over ten years. Having crewed on several feature films and dozens of local commercials, he has gained experience and connections within the Virginia film community. Victor works as a Director and Cinematographer for Lightship Productions and DuPont Sustainable Solutions. With his broad range of skills he can handle any size of production.
Steven Crocker
Steven Crocker became interested in behind-the-scenes features of movies at a very young age. Combining that fascination with his love of skateboarding, Steven began shooting skateboard montages with his friends in high school. His love of video eventually led him to study film at Old Dominion University. He graduated from ODU in 2016 and began working as a production operator at the number one news station in the Hampton Roads market, Quickly being promoted to a Directing position where he was nominated for a Capital Emmy in the Weekend Newscast category. Steven also hosts a podcast called “Dumbest in the Room.”
Steven is a testicular cancer survivor and serves on the board of the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation and hosts a podcast called “It Takes Balls.”

Chris Circeo
Giving up his lifelong goal of becoming a doctor, Chris dedicated himself to becoming a filmmaker. As a self-described “Professional movie-watcher,” Chris works to help produce films that he would want to see. With a mind for business and accounting, he acts as the glue that hold Lightship Productions together.

ODU Alumni Advantage
Our team at Lightship Productions often works in collaboration with the Old Dominion University Film Department, enabling us access to high-end cinema equipment in addition to our standard camera package. This allows us to scale our productions to meet any client needs, while sometimes providing students the opportunity to work on set.
